The light was packaged very well and had no damage in shipping , which can be a concern with these fragile type lights. The glass bubbles can be strung either the lengths they come or you can modify them as I did. This fixture needs bulbs so you will want them on hand for your install. There are exposed screws on the stainless steel canopy which I think are tacky. But overall your eye doesn’t go to the minor faults. The effect is beautiful and everyone that has seen it has been awed by its beauty.

This chandelier is everything I wanted and more! At roughly 11 feet long, it's a major statement piece as soon as you enter the house and we love it. I didn't want a blunt edge at the bottom, so we staggered the bubbles like rainfall. It's truly dazzling.

I installed this, personally at my ocean front condo. The bubbles work well with the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. It came with 2 extra strands which I cut/tied and added to augment the length of 4 bubble strands. This fixture also came with cotton gloves to prevent putting fingerprints on the mirror/metal. It does not come with lightbulbs so be prepared to purchase those separately. I also installed a wall dimmer switch which I think is very necessary to be able to modify the temperature/brightness of the lights. This is not 'high end' crystal chandelier however, it is an excellent beach-casual fixture. I am very happy with it.
