Shipping Destinations and Rates

Siljoy Lighting ships to the United States and select international destinations. Free shipping is available on eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Available methods and charges depend on the items in your cart, your order subtotal, your delivery address, and the shipping method you select. Enter your address at checkout to see the available options and charges before placing your order.

If checkout does not show a shipping option, email support@siljoy.com with the product and delivery postal code so we can check availability.

Processing and Delivery

Orders ship from a U.S. or overseas warehouse based on stock availability. In-stock items shipping from overseas generally take 3–7 business days to process before dispatch. Check your product page for item-specific processing times.

Typical transit times after dispatch are:

• U.S. warehouse delivery: 2–7 days for eligible in-stock items, depending on the shipping option.
• Air shipping to the United States: 1–2 weeks.
• Sea shipping to the United States: 3–5 weeks.
• Standard international shipping: 4–8 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates. Use the shipping option shown at checkout for your order. Carrier delays and customs clearance may affect delivery.

International Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination. If charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order. Where applicable, customs authorities or the carrier may collect additional charges before or at delivery.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

We will email tracking information once your order ships. For an address correction, missing delivery, or damage, contact support@siljoy.com promptly with your order number, tracking number, and photos where applicable. Address changes may be unavailable after dispatch.
