We absolutely love our fan!! I took a bit to install, but got it done. It's super quiet. Please don't let the size fool you, because it puts out plenty of air! My sister bought one after she saw mine, and we will be buying more as we remodel each of our bedrooms. :) Customer service was excellent too when I had issues with my remote.
