Round Modern Rustic Crystal Chandelier

I ordered two of these light fixtures because I was so in love with them. One is in my living room and the other is in my walk-in closet. Not a single person can see them without oohing and aahing.

These lights are very heavy and made out of solid metal, the crystals are real glass too. I’m happy with the materials and the look - these fixtures give a classic yet contemporary vibe that I just couldn’t find anywhere else.

I had a minor issue with the parts for one of the lights, and even though I was out of warranty, the customer service team was responsive and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I would recommend their products based on the quality of the fixtures and the quality of the customer service.

My chandelier is beautiful!! High quality and next level packaging for safety. However, my 5 star review is mostly because of Rita and the excellent communication and customer she provided. There was a mistake with FedEx, which honestly never happens, but Rita was quick to respond to my emails, always with a pleasant tone, and due to delays in resolution with the shipping company, they just re-sent me another light. Would not hesitate to order from Sofary again!

This is one of the most beautiful lights/chandeliers that I have ever purchased. It really look majestic in my foyer entry way. I liked it so much that I also purchased the larger, matching example to hang in my dining room and a matching pendant light to hang in my adjacent hallway. The challenge with these lights, although very well worth it seeing the final product, is that they come disassembled and every crystal, all 176 of them on the larger version, needs to be affixed by bending a wire staple through both a top and bottom hole of each crystal onto the metal frame. Not hard, just tedious and unexpected (I thought it came already assembled). Also, when ordering different sizes and types of these matching lights, the color shade of brown can vary from light to light and the pendant light only comes in black so I had to spray it brown to match the other two brown chandeliers. In the end, it came out great and looks beautiful! Thank you again Sofary for producing these fantastic lights and for your great support team who helped me tremendously when I needed it.

I ordered my Modern Rustic Chandelier with crystals four years ago when we moved into our new home. I Absolutely love it! I have received many compliments and it's just perfect! As with anything, a part failed and Sofary was absolutely phenomenal in sending replacement parts after I sent them photos of what was needed. Follow up was excellent and my chandelier is re-installed and shining bright! Thank you Sofary! Professionalism at its best.

We are very pleased with our chandelier! It arrived quickly and in perfect shape, we'll packed. Crystal assembly was relatively easy and took a few hours. I would recommend a good work platform for assembly. The rest was left for the electrician. Fits our fireplace and fixtures perfectly. Always gets positive comments from visitors!
