As others mentioned it is pretty heavy and there is a lot of assembly work to be planned. Even with a full size scaffold it is not easy so plan accordingly. Once done the results are worth it. Unfortunately pictures do not do any justice. I am very happy with the product. Customer service is very quick too in case you have a question. Definitely you need to reinforce with some wood in case you have drywall ceiling. Again it is a big project but worth it!
