Return & Refund

Return Policy

Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, if there is any product defect, you may return for a 100% refund (NOTE: If there is any product defect, please contact us immediately and take photos or videos to show us the defect to verify.) Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days, but we provide a one-year warranty period, please check all products after receipt.

 

Return Steps

Please follow the steps below to return any part of your order in accordance with our return policy.

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and specify the items to return. Please indicate the reason of return in the email and indicate whether you want to get refund or replace the goods.
  2. Ensure all packaging materials arein original packaging.
  3. Before shipment, please take the photos inside and outside the package as records to show that the product is indeed in the original condition.
  4. After shipping, please take a picture of the receipt together with the tracking number and send it to support@Siljoy.com. Once we receive and check the return, we will issue a refund or replacement and send you an email confirmation after the return.

Note: We strongly recommend insurance to prevent damage to the package during its return to us.

 

Refunds

After we receive the product(s) you returned, we need 7 business days to check the damage and restock. After the inspection, we will refund accordingly.

For store credit and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 1 business day once we’ve received notification that you have returned your product(s).

For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your product(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

If the returned product(s) cannot be resold due to damage or use, we will not be able to provide a refund. 

 

Order Cancellation 

For non-customized order, you can confirm the cancellation free of charge by replying to the order confirmation email within 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, you can still cancel as long as the product has not been shipped. Once the product is shipped out, order can not be cancelled.

Note: Products and Invoices Labeled 'Specialty Item', 'Made to Order', or 'Final Sale' Special purchases, such as: Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items, and Custom Quotes are not qualified to cancellation, return or refund.
