Everyone who sees this light fixture in my dining room has to tell me how much they love it. The piece is very well made out of solid metal and the glass crystals were incredibly well packaged and very consistent in size and shape.

Obsessed with this chandelier. Did not take as long as I thought it worked to hang the crystals. Maybe two hours with my husbands help. Only reason not to five 5 stars was that the instruction booklet wasn’t as helpful as it could be. However the customer service answered every single question I had via email. They were so helpful!

This light fixture is absolutely stunning! It looks great in photos, but even better in person. It became the focal point of our dining room. It's a show stopper, both with the lights on and off. The fixture arrived quickly, well-packaged, and safe despite all the glass. Installation took half a day since each glass teardrop needed to be attached, but it was worth it. Beautiful!

After a few hiccups, the light is up and beautiful.
My ceiling is 12 feet, electrician had to add additional wire, once installed and before crystals went on I sawed off the 3 hooks that were not used on top as was noticeable from bottom.
Customer service was excellent, got back promptly with all questions, would def purchase from Sofary again.
