Quality and color of brass/gold is excellent. However, after living with it for a year, I’ve decided it’s just too small for my small family room. I thought having it over the rectangular coffee table between the sofa and two chairs opposite would be the perfect scale but it’s just too utilitarian and small for my liking. I’m going to replace it with something grander.

Shipping was fast, product in great shape. We did need a rod extension in order to hang this from the ceiling (14.5 ft) over our kitchen island. I worked with Rita in customer service, got a quote sent quickly, ordered it and had it within two weeks. I was really impressed with their helpfulness. I read many comments about the chandelier looking smaller in person and I will say that I do see that it would be more va-va-voom in a smaller space. However, for the price and customer service, I feel like this was a good purchase and it's okay if it's not super-over the top crazy sized.

The chandelier is beautiful! The globes give it a pretty soft glow and the gold is the perfect shade. The customer support is excellent. We were hesitant purchasing from this website because it's relatively new and we were not sure what the quality would be. We were also unsure about the customer service. Turns out we had nothing to worry about. We had an issue with the chandelier we received and contacted customer service. We were so impressed by their responsive and follow ups. If you have worries about ordering from this company, don't be. They are legit! We would order from them again.
